This enable people to share and make there views heard on a particular piece of entertainment or news. The technology is targeted at anyone with a computer and internet connection. This technology is enhanced by being online because it enables people to see and share things they may not previously have had access to. The current limitations of this technology is that sometimes the quality isn’t that great and it can take time to buffer or download some videos.
